re: Official Running Log/Marathon Training Thread - TigeRoots
Running is the best stress relief/mood booster I’ve ever come across by far. The high is real. Not that I was bad off by any means prior, but I’m in the best shape/healthiest I’ve ever been. Physically and mentally. ...

Best Kurt Vile album? - TigeRoots
Going vinyl shopping later today and looking for something mellow. I like the couple of songs I’ve heard by Kurt Vile. Any opinions what’s his best album?...

re: CBD Oil - TigeRoots
I’ll agree with anxiety/sleep and this is coming from a pretty extreme skeptic when it comes to stuff like this. It’s like Joe Rogan said “it helps with anxiety that I didn’t even realize I had”. I’m much more prone to just let work/life inconveniences or happenings just roll off nowadays. Total 180...

re: After the 5K - TigeRoots
Of course the more days you can run the better, but I'd keep it no more than 5 in your case. What's your training look like now? Any goal for the 5K?...

re: After the 5K - TigeRoots
Just run. Get the mileage in at varied paces, but mostly easy runs. Build a good aerobic base. Have one longer run each week, slightly increasing the distance weekly. Hop in the running training thread beneath this one. Guaranteed results! Ha...

re: Official Running Log/Marathon Training Thread - TigeRoots
Nice. How many MPW did you top out at? 5K this weekend that wasn't built into my plan so I'm having to move a few things around to try to be somewhat fresh while not skimping on the mileage. Worked out good actually as this week had no speed work planned, only easy runs. Trying not to obsess too ...
I can’t go anywhere near THC with my job
Same here but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't at least a little bit worried about the "what if". Almost feels too good to be true....

I use CBDMD and MedTerra. Not sure if placebo or not, but it definitely helps with recovery from running workouts and anxiety. 1500 MG, 1 dropper a day, split between 2 doses. ...

I saw that you were about to hit 2K; that’s awesome. I’ll be at 1K in around 2 weeks. Local guy ran the Sea Weeze HM today in Vancouver, looks like a cool one. 6:06 pace, not sure where he placed. Saw Walms won another 50 miler in Europe and Hazen was leading Leadville for awhile then dropped. Ge...

re: tOfficial Running Shoe Thread - TigeRoots
My experience with the Escalante is mixed. I found it became pretty flat and non responsive for up tempo work after about 220 miles and I prefer a heel to toe offset for longer/easier runs, so I retired them at about 230 miles. ...
NB FuelCell Rebels
I really like the FC Propel. I'll post a review on them soon. Interested in the Rebel as well, but don't really have room in my closet for now. Trying to retire a few before I buy anymore. I've recently shelved the Escalante and FF Beacon....

re: Official Running Log/Marathon Training Thread - TigeRoots
Absolutely crushed a Threshold/Rep workout today mid day, nonetheless. Was getting in my truck to go hit the treadmill and saw some cloud cover and “only 100 feels like”, so against my better judgement I hit the pavement. Extreme confidence building workout for me, considering the circumstances and ...
