There were like 4 people in my office that had pnemonia like symptoms they couldnt shake at the beginning of the year. They were all upper 50s and older. Kind of made me think this virus has been going around for longer than people think. Which reaffirms my thoughts that it is no big deal at all and this fear mongering is usual MSM ridiculousness

It's crossed my mind that I probably had a variant of this corona-virus in back in mid Feb.

I grew up playing in drainage ditches. My immune system is Rock solid. No antibacterial soap when I was growing up.

I think it's been in the US for several months now. A lot of people likely had it and were successfully treated for a normal (albeit severe) cold.

I would agree that it's not a big deal for healthy people or young people. It's still very serious for high risk patients (elderly, people with respiratory issues, lung cancer, COPD, etc.).

Yep. I know for a fact my neighbor upstream of us dumped anything he could in the ditch. Old oil, grease, probably turds from his RV too

I’m dealing with it now. This is day four. The wheezing, cough and low grade fever have arrived. If I go out in a ball of phlegm and fever, I have included Poultry Boy in the will so he can do some upgrades around here. For instance, a Canned Meat Appreciation Board is long overdue

Mine started the day after Mardi Gras. Just now feeling back to normal, with an occasional cough. And I already had the flu back in December.

We have small children. I seem to recall a period of a few days where no one was sick, but I'm not willing to bet on it. Seems like it's always snotting, sneezing, and coughing in my house.

And just couldn't shake it? Lingered for a few weeks, and you just felt low. You survived.

I definitely had something that lingered all through January. It was miserable, I'm almost never sick

Yeah. I had a sore throat every morning for about a month. Symptons would subside during the day and then come back at night

I had something around Christmas time, but I thought it was just my allergies flaring up. Of course, it was way worse than usual, but no one else got anything I don’t think.
