I haven't been sick in ages.
I had a fever about 2 years ago for a few hours one night. This was right after my wife and both kids had the flu, so I probably had a touch of it. But I woke up the next morning and felt fine.
Last time I was really sick was about 5 years ago when I had walking pneumonia. I was only sick for a couple of days.

The swab said it wasn't the flu

I’ve had a lot of post nasal drip and a nasty cough for the past week and a half. Ran a fever for a day and had to leave work. I assumed it was just allergies due to the weather flipping constantly from hot to cold, but I rarely have allergies this time of year. It wouldn’t shock me if this was the corona virus, but if so, it’s really nothing to worry about.

I haven't been sick in two and a half years.

And just couldn't shake it? Lingered for a few weeks, and you just felt low. You survived.
Have a good day.
Yea. It was just back to back sinus infections(ears, nose, eyes all fricked up) for about 3 weeks.
What are you babbling about surviving?

He’s hinting that these nagging respiratory symptoms going around may have been corona virus, and that this whole panic over the virus is insane because while it spreads rapidly and easily, the virus is so mild that most people have already gotten it and gotten over it without even noticing.

I ain't saying he's right but this was definitely a weird ailment for me. I would feel lethargic and flu like but no fever. Sneezing and snotting for days. It went away for a few days and came back. It was about 15 days or so of feeling like Poo. Particularly at Spanish Town Ball and the week after. I couldn't even get drunk or stand up very long at the Ball.

I had some type of respiratory infection in January. Felt like crap for a few days and couldn't shake the cough for weeks. Never spiked a fever though.

That's exactly why I never went to the clinic to get flu test. No fever and aches but lethargic as frick with nasty cough and snots. It finally went away and I felt like millions of dollars afterwards.

Whoaaa. Now that you mention it. I had a pneumonia like illness for about 3-4 months that the doctors couldn’t quite name.

Yes, back in January/February. Lasted for weeks and felt like pneumonia. High fever at night. Nasal congestion... etc.

I finally went because I felt bad enough to miss work, which is a real rarity for me. He said bronchitis.

Whole family caught the flu last year. I caught it and it lasted 1 night. Good to go next day. Other than that it's been a long time

Covid-19 doesn't include snottiness or excessive phlegm. In fact, it's specifically known for being an extremely dry cough with no phlegm, and no nasal issues.
So if you had a dry cough but no nasal issues, you had covid19.
My 4yo had it last week. Lasted 2 days. No fever.

I was sick for 5 days at the beginning of the year. The worst I've felt in a long time, but it really took until late Feb, before the cough went away, and I started feeling more like my normal self. The whole family had it, but hit me and my wife worse than the kids.

I had some nasty crud back in October that I couldn’t kick for a couple weeks after I got back from Qatar. Just figured it was some junk I picked up in airports

I started feeling real bad Christmas Eve, had to go to Houston in the 26th, got home late Friday night and went to the Dr Saturday morning, (Oklahoma Game) got shots and antibiotics, had to go back the next week and get more shots and a different antibiotic, I still have something in my chest and haven’t felt right yet.

Its crossed my mind, my brother got sick and took a minute to shake it and then I got sick like a week after he started to come around. And it lingered around for a while.
