It’s funny that this thread came up because yesterday my 20 year old son and I drove past the cemetery she is buried in, right off of the square in Marietta Ga.
I asked him if he was familiar with the case and he said he was not so I told him the whole story including the possibility that it was her brother that did it either accidentally or intentionally.

His response was.. Well that sounds like one fricked up family..

Test were performed using the flashlight, found by the pinnapple bowl, and it was a perfect match for the injuries. Sorry but a enraged 9yr old boy hitting a 5yr old as hard as he can with a metal flashlight can make those injuries. JonBenet didn't have a harden adult skull.

Smearing the shite on JonBenets stuff screams of hatred jealousy. I have a feeling that he wanted the attention to himmself and was highly jealous of his little sister. He was the king for 4 years before she was born. I can easily see him sitting at the counter, eating the fresh cut pinnapple his mom made him, and JonBenet coming downstairs and asking for some and Burke saying no and she reaching in and getting some anyway and he went ballistic and grabbed the 1st thing he saw and hitting her.
I cheated my little sister out of money when she passed go during monopoly and she jumped up and kicked me in my mouth. I then chased her to the bathroom and she locked herself in ...the whole time our Mom was saying " leave me out of it".

Nothing new or definitive. Just informed opinion of the non-sensationalized-Burke Ramsey variety based on my knowledge of these crimes in general, and this case in particular. I would say to look at the overwhelming psycho-sexual signature binding components of the case, the extended torture she endured, her public profile as a a Mall beauty queen, the fact that the perpetrator likely used his knowledge of the Ramseys as yet ANOTHER layer of psychological torture against them, and the unbelievable incompetence of every law enforcement official in Boulder. IMHO-This was a VERY highly-organized killer with a specific attraction to girls of this age who executed a specific plan that allowed him to be in the home for many hours and gather the things he needed and write the weirdly low-IQ effeminate red-herring letter (while they were at the party and on earlier occasions), that partially unraveled on him because of noise or other circumstances, that was outside the family and friends circle etc.

I also want you to know that this is an opinion that has evolved, over time. The Ramseys imho, were among the most victimized human beings of modern times and are deserving of nothing but compassion. They had moral-complicity of course because they basically hyper-sexualized a 6 year old and put her out there in the public domain as bait for the worst human beings on the planet. But that's a lot different than actually doing what they are accused of doing. I can also tell you that many of those most-close to the family and the case in general have come to this conclusion. She was targeted from a pageant/mall appearance. Somebody became fixated on her. These people are everywhere.

Is it possible they torture-murdered their already-dying daughter and concocted a completely unnecessary diabolical plan to cover up and accidental death? Sure. Anything is possible. But when you walk yourself through it , it all unravels.

I can't believe I got baited into this lol because now I know from the previous 587 threads on this topic, what happens next. Glutton for punishment.
