Finally saw this exchange. You could tell she was flustered and angry the whole time. Nelson wrecked her and she’s trying to promote her obvious bias.
Yup. I just watched it twice. The girl is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.

Not sure case title is where the final diagnosis is. I believe that's in the section titled "final diagnoses."
Eta
The word "homicide" also doesn't appear in the official report. I assume you are going by the family's autopsy that was paid for after the initial one.
I saw another poster addressed this. but its a homicide as told by 3/3 of the examiners. all 3 examiners, biased or unbiased, all agreed. medical documentation can be weird, and it doesn't always use specific terms you may expect. some folks refuse to understand that but good for you asking questions not just sticking your head in the sand like that parnassis tool.

I just caught up with her examination holy crap.
She obviously is trying to make it look as bad as possible for Chauvin so I dunno how any of her testimony can be believed.

Of course her answers were biased... I bet she shows up in street clothes tomorrow.

I hope she does and Nelson asks her why

Dude, George Floyd is not going to frick you. You sound like an obsessive ex-girlfriend focused on 1 word

She also made the point to say she was worried about all the black men standing around with cops still there. I wonder how her fire chief feels about her spewing anti-cop rhetoric on national tv.

If he made better life choices he would still be alive today and would be continuing to be a drain on the actual American tax payer. I wish it never happened but his actions caused all of this shite.

She was so smiling and giddy answering questions for prosecution, then her demeanor and attitude changed completely. That’s not trying to persuade the jury?

This is a pretty good common sense thinking jury I think. Think about this, the attorneys for both sides interviewed somewhere around 120 people to choose 15. It was all televised. So approximately 1 out of 8 people called to jury duty on this case didn't show some sort of bias or potential to have bias.
Most likely they'll see her as slanting things so badly against Chauvin and the officers and disregard what she's saying all together. I think she's actually hurting the states case and later testimony by experts is going to kill the states case. The MMA wrestler guy even testified today he's seen people be choked unconscious and get back up to fight. He was pretty obviously bias too.
The only reason there's a trial at all is so the American, and really the world public can see exactly what happen if they want to look. The problem is, many people see the one viral video and that's all they need to see or want to see to convince themselves and agree with their social circles that Chauvin is guilty. The mainstream media is who egged on the public initially without knowing the entire story. Now it will be interesting to see if they can admit they were wrong in how they promoted the video. They don't have to admit they were wrong, they just need start reporting the actual truth that's coming out of the trial in a neutral way. The media wants a big juicy story to sell advertising. I'm not sure that they care about the truth or utilize much common sense. Much of this younger generation we have doesn't care about that either. That's a big part of the media now.

Also, ever cite that source or nah?

The media ...I'm not sure that they care about the truth
One thing that has been made abundantly clear to me over the past 12 months is that the media has its narrative it wants to push, facts be damned.

And for that reason do not and likely never care about the truth. Now because of social media and the numerous “competitors” they now have, they have further sensationalized their news to keep up.

If she really said that she was 'worried about all the black men standing around with cops still there', her testimony is going to be infinitely less persuasive than the 5 and 6 MMA fighter.
...Or was that his height?

That’s been clear to me since Bush Jr. was in office, when I actually started to pay attention to the so called media.

What about fentanyl for recreation, perhaps mixed with methamphetamine?

Yea I’m sure it’s exactly like that.

Well he definitely quit breathing

Well, I’ll go with the other twenty minutes of film that show that he was fricked up. That big man was claiming he couldn’t breath and wanted his mommy with nobody touching him.

How long does this trial realistically last?

That was really incredible. I’m surprised the defense attorney didn’t say, “Wait, what?”
