where does homicide fall into the OD/MI you keep toting?
You claimed it was asphyxiation, but oddly enough the official autopsy doesn't even have that word in it. Curious.

you know the term "homicde" by a coroner is not a legal term.

There’s always at least one. That George Zimmerman trial thread was entertaining as shite.

Floyd also did not act like a fentanyl overdose

That was my thread. I spent three days speed updating the OP. My work suffered.

I was about to say meth plus fent is a perfect combination for a heart to go out

Someone here mentioned that a person overdosing on fentanyl falls asleep and stops breathing whereas Floyd was resisting
I have a question. If someone is on meth and takes a large dose of fentanyl, I would imagine the meth and adrenaline would keep them alert until it wears off and fentanyl rapidly takes over.
That looks almost exactly like what happened if you watch the entire video.

AMS is another troll trying to derail the thread from facts cause it isn't going their way and you all are feeding him/it/zir.

I watched the body cam videos, immediately I said, this dude is bugging out hard on drugs. It was quite noticeable.

thats like thinking Floyd never brushed his teeth because he used toothpaste and a tool to clean his teeth.
the report says he death was a result of a homicide in the context of neck compression. thats asphyxiation.
if it were an OD/MI it wouldn't have been determined homicide. I know that may just tough to rationalize for you.

Question to whoever...If someone has a case of excited delirium, is it consider a homicide(medical term meaning) if they go into cardiac arrest due to fighting restraint?
Posted on 3/30/21 at 6:07 pm to AMS
The only place I even see "neck compression" is in the "case title."
Not sure case title is where the final diagnosis is. I believe that's in the section titled "final diagnoses."
Eta
The word "homicide" also doesn't appear in the official report. I assume you are going by the family's autopsy that was paid for after the initial one.

Final diagnoses is a listing of autopsy and ancillary test findings. “Case title” is where the cause of death is listed.

Finally saw this exchange. You could tell she was flustered and angry the whole time. Nelson wrecked her and she’s trying to promote her obvious bias.

Not to tell pathologists how to do their job, but that's kinda confusing.

It’s incredibly confusing. Autopsy reports from a medical examiner should have a clear “cause of death” and “manner of death” section at the top. They do not have manner of death anywhere in the report, but it was ruled a homicide
