The satellite is looking very impressive tonight. There’s going to be people shocked in the morning when they turn on the tv and see this thing has exploded.

Cool. My but cheeks had a few days rest from all of the clenching in September. Will have an 80’s Jean Claude Van Damme arse by Halloween.

Have we received the official weather forecast from Peej yet? His forecast is the only one I really pay attention to anymore.

It’s way too early to make this joke.

It’s perfect for someone with tgrbaitn08’s comedic timing.

You should have waited until Thursday morning when this is a major hurricane in the middle of the Gulf and the thread is going 10 miles a minute.

The joke can be made once every hour or so come Thursday and still catch people.

There is a label on that model map reminding you not to make assumptions like this

The one that says seek official info for decision making? Like I said they’re pretty tightly clustered... the NHC track encompasses all those models but the outlier

There is precedent for it not to fall apart or weaken significantly due to the cooler coastal waters.

I know you just playing but that cluster looks East of where it was at 4. Are we seeing full H shifts to the East?

18z GEFS main cluster tightens up a bit but there are now some tracks way off to the west.

That is a crazy loop with the overshooting tops clearly and rapidly rotating around the center.

Well, I guess that’s at least one positive outcome from this storm season.
