from what i read the actual nicotine urge goes away day 3-4

That's not true. Your body will be nicotine free at about 72 hours. The urges and the intensity of those urges will peak on days 5 through 7.

Did you begin juuling as a way to quit smoking cigarettes?

Start drinking a few sips of water every time you want to smoke. I smoked for over 20 years, went to the JUUL and then kicked it for good about 4 months ago. I also lost 40+ pounds.
It can be done. Like others said, the chemical part was easy, it was the habit of reaching for a smoke that I had to break.

take a picture of yourself smoking a Juul and any time you get the craving, look at how much of a douche you look like with a Juul in your hand.

I used Chantix to stop smoking. It is not a miracle drug but it is helpful. I got over the nicotine pretty quick but still want to smoke in the habitual places.

I quit smoking/dipping last Sunday. This was the second time in my life that I quit. My first time lasted 6 years.

Anyway, the chemical addiction doesn't take that long to kick. Maybe 3-7 days. The mental addiction/habit takes much longer. Id say 2-3 months and you're completely over it.

Sunflower seeds, coffee. cinnamon gum, atomic fireballs, jolly ranchers, masturbation, water, and exercise all help.

Oh and dont EVER take another drag for the rest of your life. It creeps back in reallll easy

How did you lose weight?

I can’t quit shoveling food in my mouth
I’m trying to eat raw fruit & veggies as snacks but it’s not helping
Drinking more water too

Think I need something to chew on, may try straws

Not with me as far as coffee. I could have quit years earlier if not for it. Coffee and cigarettes were my best friends first thing in the morning. Hell there’s been songs written about cigarettes and coffee

I quit years ago and my biggest urges are still driving to the woods while still dark early in the morning to go hunting, wanting a stupid cigarette with my coffee

Water, water and more water.
I also eat about a third of what I used to.

Until the feeling of success or number of days that have passed since not smoking anything is more desirable or reliving then breaking it just to smoke a cigarette for a moment of relief. Then it won't stop.

frick the zero. control your life.
