It's like cigarettes, only for effeminate douchebags.

Not the best way to quit.

Those things give a much larger amount of nicotine per hit than cigarettes.

Aren't you a physician? Surely you've heard of Juul and nicotine salts.
While all other vape products use nicotine liquid extract, juul uses a nicotine salt. The long term effects of which are not yet known.

Scruffy has definitely heard of a juul, but never heard of it used as a verb or being used as a cigarette weaning device.

Scruffy thought he was referencing some new “quit cigarette smoking” method.

Those things are not good weaning devices.

My dad replaced smoking cigarettes with chewing gum (regular everyday gum).

He said it was the distraction that helped him get away from it. Hope that helps.

Gotcha, I agree. I read a medical report on them and I think if they are allowed to continue they will become an epidemic.
Looks like big brother agrees and snipped their balls off.

Yeah let's introduce a new way of smoking nicotine.

Get some snacks. Someone suggested that to me when I was having a hard time quitting smoking because they said your body develops a hand-to-mouth urge from smoking and that munching on snacks will help with that urge. Skittles and trail mix were my top choices and I felt like it helped.

Go to Cracker Barrell and buy a mason jar of jawbreakers. Worked for me.

When does this get easy?

If it were easy they would just make it more addictive.

Part of what you're experiencing now is the addiction of habit (as well as the chemical addiction). You need to find something else to take the place of it, like chewing shitloads of gum, to re-train your mind to look toward using something else during those periods of habit.

Keep up with it, in the long run you'll be glad you did.

Just an update if anyone cares. After day 3 it got easier, after day 5 or 6 it’s pretty much an afterthought. Couple times of day I’ll have a small craving but nothing like “I need it now” just an “oh a hit would be nice”.

Even had like 4 beers last night and didn’t miss it once. Was my biggest time using
