When does this get easy?

I can make it through the day but the drive home from work and the evening with any down time is driving me nuts

from what i read the actual nicotine urge goes away day 3-4.

but the routine takes a lot longer to get ride of.

Nicotine salts are a hell of a drug.

Go for a run.

Or take a picture of yourself smoking a Juul and any time you get the craving, look at how much of a douche you look like with a Juul in your hand.

I’m right at a month of not smoking

Being in the car is the worst part for me, good luck

Gotta ask, why are you quitting and did your damn lymph nodes swell up?

It get's a little easier every day. I quit smoking almost 5 years ago and I still get the urge on a shitty day though.

It's only hard because you think about it.
You made it 3 days, you can make it a lifetime. Addiction is an excuse for failure.

Just think of everybody who stops next to you at a light and doesn't see you "juuling" thinking you're not a douche.

Yea if not using the Juul makes it tough while driving you may need to resort to cigarettes, only while driving though, and morning coffee

Honestly I’m quitting because I’m embarrassed to do it and hide it from family, friends, and try to hide it from my SO.

Going on an international trip in a couple weeks and don’t want to be stressed trying to get my next fix while I should be enjoying my vacation

It’s this flash drive thing you suck on and it delivers potent doses of nicotine

The habit or routine part takes about a month to get over. I smoked regular cigarettes and never did juul or vape stuff so I don’t know if there’s a difference in the quitting part. I can’t think of what they are called but I ate a lot of those strong mints in a red tin can, and sunflower seeds while driving.

The entire going away or no longer caring part mentally takes about a year. But it never truly 100% goes away
