attention whoring yourself at an active protest strapped with an AR-15 really wasn't the brightest of ideas. I get why they are upset but damn, they had warranted concern about his presence there until he turned himself in.

Eh, when I hear and read that open carrying at demonstrations is not uncommon in Texas, the first thing I imagine are white cowboy type guys who prob do the same exact thing. His gun wasn't loaded either. It's not his fault nor is it his problem that a sniper decided to start killing people. He was shown clearly walking thru the crowds beforehand without any problems

Plenty people said he was affiliated with and inspired by BLM. Safe to say people sometimes make the wrong assumptions. No harm, no foul.

The description was spot on. You have a mass shooting and there is a guy carrying an ar trying to make a statement. He wanted to be seen and was seen. It's not like the cops just picked some random black man to try and pin this on.

Agsin, listen to the interview. It was no the act of apprehending him. He turned himself in for goodness sake. It was the lack of remorse & not clearing his name after that is fricked up

Nobody said he wasn't trained, everyone said he didn't have to be trained to do what we saw. Youtube paintball and you'll see much of the same.

LOL shut up

He had clear tactical training. to move like that in a fire fight with the adrenaline going shows he had good training. His muscle memory kicked in.

Perhaps more important things are happening that take precedence. Crazy idea.

I think they had a little more important things to tend to. I think he could understand the mistake and understand why clearing his name is not the top priority of the police force under attack.

Media could do something I guess.

They are locked in to getting gun control and don't care what they have to do to get it passed. Worse is that they don't actually care if it has any effect on things. They just want it as a political victory at this point.

Meh. I used to play paintball and I knew how to get somebody who was hiding behind a tree with no covering fire.

That guy in the pic isn't the police chief FYI... Dallas Police Chief is black.

Attempted genocide in addition to terrorism?
