Yes and you should look up what the difference between an owner operator and just an operator is... Chick fila refers to the vast majority of them as operators
Like I said there are a few, its not their standard business practice, but there are few independents and there are a few that run more than one. A lot of the old mall operators have exterior operations as well

I couldn't even get Popeyes corporate to answer me, and they're the only place I've ever sent complaints to the service was so bad. I even sent a follow up e-mail complaining about no response to the initial e-mail. Not kidding, Popeyes is very very rare for me since then.

I didn't say that. The Salamone family operates the Seigen Lane & Airline locations. The son, Cody, operates the Gonzales locations.
I believe Mville, College & Burbank all have different owners.
