In undergrad I was a helpdesk administrator at a consulting firm, the senior sysadmin was using the EA of the client we worked for to send him and his buddies off for MS training. He was also using their MSDN access to install production server/apps at other clients he dealt with and was pocketing the cash. When it came to light dude wasn't even punished. CEO of our consulting firm gave him a pat on the back for saving our company money and “thinking outside of the box”.

I've worked at a big dealership for 6 years, and surprisingly I can't think of anything too outrageous.
Off the top of my head, about 2 winters ago one of the (former)sales guys at our Chevy dealership said he was going to get lunch and was discovered in the warm pool at Bozeman Hot Springs 2 hours later.

Craziest thing somebody else did: A LCpl pulled out a knife on a Sgt and threated to stab him. He ended up in the brig for a while for that.
Craziest thing I did: Worked at a country club bartending and we would get drunk on the course after everybody left. Would routinely steal golf carts and race them around the course, steal alcohol, and other shenanigans. We knew where the cameras were so we never got caught; however, inventory did reflect our theft and a few of us just disappeared off the schedule. Never got fired because they couldn't prove anything, but they sure as hell could just remove us from the schedule.

Had a couple who were dating at my workplace. Don't know all the details, but she wound up putting a restraining order on him. Made things kinda interesting at work.

Knew a guy and a girl in the military who dated each other for a number of years. She eventually found out that he had a wife and children in his home state. No one even knew he had a family. She showed up at his apartment one night, words were exchanged and then an exchange of gunfire followed. Neither of them were hit, cops showed up, they were arrested but eventually released because both of them clammed up and refused to discuss what happened. No charges, no discipline from the Navy and they continued working together afterward.

A few years ago, a guy in another department had just been promoted, and about a week later, he allegedly began leaving love letters in the windshield wipers of a car owned by a younger woman he worked with.
Apparently the tone of the letters wasn't "hey you're cool, let's go out sometime". They were more like "I can't wait to marry you and impregnate you, so we can live happily ever after". Away from work but work related…A guy that wasn’t even at the company a year, was invited to the company suite for a football game. Usually the suite consists of executives, their family and friends and a couple of employees that they picked for each game.
This guy shows up to the suite with another male friend, acceptable as employees were given a plus one, drunk off their arse from tailgating all afternoon. The employee fell asleep on the couch. While asleep, his friend creepily hit on the CEO’s wife constantly. They woke up the employee and told him his friend and him had to leave. The employee gets up and starts cursing everyone in the room.
On Monday morning, the employee was at work early. This guy lives an hour away and was always late or just said forget about it and wouldn’t show and work from home (working from home was not common and looked down upon where I worked). The CEO rolled in around 9:30 am. That guy was fired by 9:35 am.
