I am also but don't necessarily look it, Guatemalans. My mother looks "brown" but I'm more of a light tan. Statistically the numbers show the numbers aren't that bad for unarmed black men being killed by police but like you said, there are many instances where police brutality can happen where there isn't necessarily a murder, just like your examples.

I somewhat supported all the backlash after the Floyd incident. Once the riots and burning started I started losing interest. I'll admit this sounds dumb and awful, but after the Brees situation and how his teammates who are supposed to be outspoken leaders or at least act like they are for minorities, running to Twitter to bash him seemed like a bad look. This seems more like a Twitter popularity contest and tearing shite up than anything else. I'm over it.

I've been arrested a few times but I definitely deserved them. I grew up and still friends today with many blacks who had run ins with police but to be honest. The worst I've seen was a white friend of mine get the absolute shite beat out of him by the police, all over a beer can. Dude was underage and lied about where his beer was. They found it under a towel draped over it and started cussing him out. He was like man "frick this" and got up and they beat the ever living shite out of him. Dude went to jail for "running from the police" or whatever it's called.

I'm from Houston and Hispanics are a large majority in the city. But i honestly think you won't see much of an uprising because, although probably most are legal, there's a good chunk of illegal Hispanics in the H. I believe some feel that if they were to stand up then their most likely going to get put in containment by ICE or find themselves headed back to wherever they're originally from.

On another hand, most who are working are trying tpo provide for their family or send that money back home and dont want to lose that job they have.

Of the Hispanics I know in Houston it depends on their age or generation.

30+ not saying a word or are pissed about BLM and anarchist terrorizing the country last week.

In their 20’s - it’s all frick the man, fight for power, frick white supremacy, DJT is a racist, etc, etc

But the younger crowd doesn’t have a lot going in their lives and can blast this garbage on social media without consequences or any pushback of common sense.

My wife is from Venezuela so she might not be the best example. She was young when Chavez launched his coup. She's further to the right than me. She hates commies and wants to throw them out of helicopters. She doesnt want the United States to make the same mistakes her old country did.

It's been 57 years since MLK's "I Have A Dream" speech. Blacks in this country have been suckered by the democrats ever since. How long until the ruse is up? 8 years of JFK/LBJ, 4 years of Carter, 8 years of Clinton, 8 years of Obama and today the country is tearing itself apart... no different than the 1960's.
