At least your name accurately depicts what we think your head is like; awkwardly fuzzy and full of mush.
I enjoyed it. Loved the Irish folk music and that they leaned heavily into suspense. I felt like the "oh here comes whitey to kill us all" bit was a bit overdone, but I thought it was one of the better vampire flicks.
True test is always in conference play. Facing good to elite pitching week in and week out, getting the best from everyone as the defending champs, and the eventual slumps that ensue. Tennessee is a goner this year, but I'll bet Arky, Texas, TAM, and OM all give us some trouble somewhere along the line (either regular season or down the line). Pitching is fine at this point of the year, it'll probably get better. Batting seems elite, but we haven't faced any elite pitchers yet.

Buckle up, its baseball.

Damn. Is Jay that fed up with the NIL era? I had him penciled in until his retirement

I doubt it, but all factors in when you are approached to take the next step. Look at the spending on baseball and its percentage of NIL.
It has little to do with Woodward and how LSU marched him out. His statement says it all, NC invests in its basketball program. LSU is maintaining a top-dollar football program and trying to keep baseball (among other sports) fed enough to stay relevant. We'll truly be lucky if we don't lose JJ to the majors next year, so I think its going to be interesting to see how they balance out trying to keep him interested and trying to land a basketball coach that has some potential.
Not surprised by this at all, Vitelo was a good coach. They are going to have a rough year to say the least.

MLB decided to make the league not competitive. So owners of the lesser teams and their fans should just be happy to provide an enjoyable ballpark experience.

This 100%. It's a symbiotic relationship between a business that wants to remain profitable within the constraints of the business and the community that they call home. It's the way all organized professional sports should be.
The money gap between the perennial winning franchises and the average team is MLB's biggest issue in my opinion.

Well so are you and you're still here.
Good. More teams need to move on, its well proven that NFL teams are not worth the investment. The NFL is so quick to demand these luxury stadiums with more and more private box concessions, meanwhile hiking the ticket prices to where they are no longer accessible to the common man. Why should the taxpayer foot the bill for that?

The Bears in Chicago is as historic a partnership as the Packers and Green Bay or the Giants in NYC. If they're willing to wash that away because they didn't get their millions in public money (extortion), the NFL can go f--- itself.

While we're at it, I'd like to see them lose their exempt status as well. They're a multi-billion dollar parasite.
Some idiot will still attempt to take the exit that does not exist. The amount of people going 80MPH into that turn to/from the bridge is always crazy to watch.
I see the child sacrificers have decided to sacrifice one of their own. He was a dead man walking anyway, this is just a distraction.
Going to be interesting to watch who shines when we start facing great pitching. Looks promising though.

Well, he’s right you know…

Even bad perspectives serve a purpose to provide contrast in a world of varying opinions. It allows clearly better narratives to shine even more. Thank you for providing your contrasting perspective to free speech, have a nice day.

See? Thats constructive free speech in action. If your idea or perspective is the right one, it will stand on its own and is easy to defend.

I’d like to see the statistics but most recent LSU grads end up in Houston/DFW/Austin.

It's large enough to warrant myself and others working in the Houston area as boosters and liaisons to potential donors. It’s a rapidly growing part of NIL as well.
You know, if someone never mentioned Derek Carr in conjunction with the Saints ever again, I'd be for it. Why people love to dredge up people like Billy Joe Toliver and Derek Carr, as if the depressing blank spaces where they captained the ship through the seas of mediocrity weren't reminder enough, I'll never understand it.

Their right to vote is restored…

Trump just added another Democrat vote.

That being said, cheating is now legal. Wouldn't be opposed to Wade returning at this point. But you have to fund the program with big NIL dollars.

You still can't pay players from your personal checking account.

They oughta highlight it better. It’s an awesome public service for one and for two it would be something positive to share for the state.

They'd rather highlight their wars on traditional family and fossil fuels instead.
