The CFA closest to us has a view of the mountains and an indoor playground. I go in, one tap my regalia saved order, scan the QR code. Someone kind souls brings me our food while the boys go Lord of the Flies/WWF in the playground.
The staff even knows to not bring the ice cream cones w the food. And ours is always full of promising young kids. Furman University and local high schoolers literally having Bible studies up in there.
It’s like the opposite of fatigue.
And the points system on the app knocks a little off the overall price if you’re a regular.
It is a bargain though if you have younger kids and there’s a pg.

Its toddler food. Blandest on the market..how they have a following of adults on thier lunch break willing to get in a car like to the street is beyond me

CFA has been on a slow moving wokesy river decline for over a decade. It started when they stopped playing the lyrics to the Christian songs. Then they took out the Christian music altogether. Then the CEO started washing feet to show ???

They are unmatched in that.
This is not true. The main reason chick Fila is faster is because they have enough people working to handle the flow of traffic. People are willing to pay more to get their food quickly, so they can get away with higher prices. All other places are more concerned with profit margins than service. This is the same reason Texas roadhouse stays packed. They put service above all else and have good quality. People naturally prefer that and they stay busy because of it.

They annoy me, but my wife loves them, and I will stop and put up with the fake kindness because it's easier than going out and wringing the head off the chicken, plucking the feathers, cutting it up, and frying it in a a hot arse kitchen.

I appreciate the customer service. I'll go to most places in the drive-thru but if I am dining in with the family, CFA is my first choice.
One thing I appreciate is that they do not reduce portion size or quantity, but instead raise prices. At least I know what I am getting. That has irritated me about Canes over the years. Portions shrinking, price rising... but I guess Post Malone and the influencer set aren't cheap.
