Currently in skagway Alaska just had a group of 3 ole miss fans walk up to me and my son ( i had lsu backpack )and say we are gonna beat your a$$ come September and start chanting hotty toddy.

My not quiet 8 year old turns around and says stay classy guys. Geaux tigers I didn’t even have a chance to say anything.
We just kept walking.not even worth our time.

Might be boring story to you guys but proud of my son for night buying into their crap Geaux tigers

Term policy 1 mil 100 k work wife has 50k thru her work on me whole life for 250 but had cash value of 36k about to cancel cash out and invest it!
All affairs in order estate is in trust god forbid something happen to me and the wife but our 7 year olds taken care of in all
Aspects of life

I have a few items not as extensive as some of you but my top ones personally are
1) original Dome patrol poster signed by jackson, swilling, mills, vaughn . Grandma’s neighbor was beat reporter back in day and she gave it to me as Xmas present. When I was 11.

2) signed Shaq jersey from his lsu days.

3) signed baseball from every lsu national title team

4) turf from Tiger stadium from UF 97, ( have that ticket stub signed by Kevin Faulk alsopost 2019 Tennessee 200, and couple more turf .

5) also from my younger days I have 20 signed old pro wrestling illustrated magazines signed by sting, hogan, flair, macho man, hall, Nash etc.

After slamboree 1996 that was in BR was in high school we somehow made our way into the old raddison hotel bar( crown plaza) off college and got to hang out with all the guys. 16 year old me was in awe to have “partied” with the nature boy ric flair!

Personally BIL lived in Delmar right across the road from pacific and Torrey pines! When visiting a hike run in that area was amazing the views gave you energy and a calmness hard to explain!
Not somewhere I would live long term but for a reset it’s the perfect place IMO

We are doing Alaska cruise this summer staying a day before and day after in Seattle. ( going during World Cup so didn’t help cost ).
However I did a comparison a few months back comparing accommodations on our cruise hotel flight etc and looked at what that would get us at Disney for same time frame ,
Alaska is almost 2k cheaper.

Will take our son to Disney in next couple years to check it off but it’s not is #1 choice of places to go !!

Cost to travel is extremely high, but most of us are gonna take the trip within reason .

1st grade got checked out of school for dentist appointment. Never forget sitting with mom in waiting room they had little tv in corner..
Handful of people in waiting room all gasped at same time. It was surreal.
