Idk if it’s that as much as a media (both news and podcast) fueling hate problem. People are angry and want someone to blame. So now you have any random Joe with a microphone stoking that hate. And the big media benefits from it even further. Outrage is the only way most podcasters and news corps can even get people to tune in anymore.
