An option, but the Kelloggs CEO won't like it.

Has he seen the cost of insulin? Maybe the fruit loops and apple jacks are worth though.

Medicaid pays for my insulin. It’s all the nickel and dime supporting stuff that gets the poor (all the blood testing stuff; strips, lancets, alcohol swabs, etc.).

I don’t use much of the supporting stuff because I use the long acting insulin 2x/day. Says not to mix types so testing is pointless as it doesn’t take a test to know a crash and a high count is pretty much SOL aside exercise to burn the glucose. A1C tests are a better measure but require a lab, not a home test.

That's a NO for me.

8 months on the Carnivore only diet:
Reduced my jeans size from 36" to 31"
Reduced my weight by 47 lbs
Reduced my monthly food cost by 1/2.

Easiest thing I've ever done and will continue the rest of my life. Just by eliminating sugar & carbs, you automatically eliminate hunger.

Cereal kills your metabolism, lowers testosterone, and turns you into a progressive. Lost a lot of good baws to cereal.

Great Value cereal at Walmarks is just as good and unhealthy as Kellogg for half the price.

Fun fact, GV cereal is probably made at the same factory or a subsidary of Kelloggs that manufactures cereal for Kelloggs.

Aside from the rich guy telling people to eat cereal, people have been eating cereal for dinner since cereal was created. Only an out of touch douchebag, with millions in stock options, can turn it into a social issue.

Elite out of touch CEO thinks we should eat his cereal for dinner.
Has he actually seen the price of a box of cereal lately. Not to mention the ingredients.

You missed the most egregious part when he said its actually good when Americans feel squeezed because they sell more Cereal.

Cereal is one of the leading causes of the decline of strong men in this country. Terrible advice
