And will be adding it to required shots for kids to attend public shools

quote:

A CDC committee will convene this week and likely vote Thursday to deliver permanent legal indemnity to Pfizer and Moderna, through the process of adding the drug companies’ mRNA injections to the child and adolescent immunization schedules.

By adding the shots to the childhood schedule, the CDC’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) will transfer liability for vaccine injuries to the federal government’s National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP), allowing for Pfizer and Moderna to finally bring an FDA approved shot to the market without opening itself up to lawsuits. Moreover, it will act as another windfall for companies that have already brought in hundreds of billions of dollars in revenues, by requiring these vaccinations for children who attend public schools.

Is this not determined at the state level?

Private schools require state licensing as well.

States rights? Are you a member of the Confederacy? We only allow the big Federal Government to dictate things these days.

Yes. The CDC advisory board only lists recommendations and most states adopt those recommendations, but most states have some level of exemptions carved out.

For instance, Louisiana has both religious and personal belief exemptions.

You’re so dishonest as a person. the reason for it was the Democrats claiming Trump murdered hundreds of thousands in an election year. YOU WANTED THE VACCINE.

People like you blamed the pandemic on Trump and completely shuttered the economy to win an election like a bunch of marxists. count

I can't imagine many states actually adopting a required COVID vaccine for K-12. Even liberal states are aware of the political fallout.

ETA: Quick Google search shows most K-12 mandates are being handed out at the local district level, and even at that level I only see a handful. California has delayed a statewide mandate until mid-2023. Looks like DC is the only "state" that requires it.

Can you explain what "warp speed" has to do with the CDC shielding Pfizer and Moderna on October 20, 2022?

I have full confidence they will vote to inject this harmful “vaccine” into as many kids as possible and have zero liability
