People need to contact their elected officials. This is a direct threat to kids to save Pharma.

Well if the corporations can’t be held liable in court, guess a bereaved parent will just have to seek a reckoning by other means. Future Pfizer and Moderna CEOs better up their life insurance policies and security measures.
ETA: I’m not advocating such, but seems plausible given the way this is being forced on people and the main means for “justice” is being prohibited.

this sounds like some pre-midterms shenanigans. Drag this old beast out of the closet (like "republicans want to end social security") to get conservatives riled up, showcasing to liberals that we arent the party of "science". They know it wont ever happen.

Unless they just don't want a large test group out there who haven't gotten it...

It’s not only about forcing it on kids. It’s shielding these companies from litigation from those who’ve already been vaccinated. They KNOW there are going to be problems. They’re just seeking cover from them.

And this is a week after the Florida Surgeon General (who I think will likely be the national Surgeon General come 2025 with either Trump or DeSantis) just told anyone healthy under the age of 39 to not get the vaccine. Yeah, this is going to go well.

Not all of them....most of them do it just because it is accepted.
I imagine private schools will still look to require shots like MMR, etc. However, there are even exceptions made to those rules on a person by person basis....which isn't really talked about because up until this point the people that didn't want the standard vaccines were the crazies.
I highly doubt very many, if any, private schools will add COVID to the list of vaccines they require. I'm 99.9% certain my local Catholic diocese won't....unless they want to crater enrollment worse that it already is.
