I don’t have instagram to see the video but if this isn’t someone else doing it, the original creator of cart narcs is Sea Bass from the woody show. It’s a morning radio show out of L.A. They used to broadcast in this region. Really good morning show. Sea Bass is an arrogant a-hole but this bit is really popular and he gets some people really fired up over it.
