Putting a buggy back isn’t that hard, but some jackleg filming someone and putting a sticker on someone’s vehicle isn’t making the situation any better.

I've been watching Cart Narcs for a couple of years. The guy is legit quick on his feet with some of the stuff he says.

I always put up my cart unless it’s really unreasonably far away which had maybe happened twice in my life.

That’s all fine and dandy but he shouldn’t be surprised when someone decides to make it really violent after he’s filming and him putting his hands on someone’s vehicle. Lazy fricks need to put a damn cart back but don’t be surprised when trying to get views ends up with a bullet. He just hasn’t come across the right person yet.
