This is incorrect. I did a 5 day cruise out of galveston over the holidays and it was the complete opposite of this video. All families and respectable people. They upcharge on holidays so these crowds stay away.

I only did one cruise ever and I was lucky it wasn't too bad in retrospect. It was a cheap 3 night cruise on Carnival, which screams disaster, but this was like 10 years ago and it departed out of Jacksonville which I guess somewhat adjusted the crowd.
I would say the crowd was like 1/3 respectable people, 1/3 white trash, 1/3 hood trash. So yeah, if I had to do another cruise I would certainly opt for one on a nicer ship at a higher price point, that alone would probably cut out most of the riff raff.

Buddy of mine and his wife accidentally booked a "Bear" cruise one time. They literally had no idea. Said the pool was filled with beefcake, bearded gaywads in speedos drinking banana daquiris (with the banana) and sitting on the water jets.
