Penn State shouldn’t even be playing football at this level. SMU in the early 80’s was punished and given the DP for recruiting violations. Penn State had the biggest scandal in sports history. If I’m not mistaken their punishment was not that much worse in scholarship reduction than Ohio State and ...

I’m old school so I do rivals as well. Only knock against rivals is they tend to upgrade players if they commit to certain schools. ...
