I was on the swimming/diving team. So I was in the gym and 10 pushups would have been a joke.

There is nothing wrong with 10-15 pushups for a woman. That is very good

I don’t see a lot of women do pushups in my gym. I am more impressed when a woman can do 5 real pull-ups.

My experience....either the only ones posting are the ones in good shape and all the fatties aren't posting ......or there are some lying fricks on here.

I can do around 10 pull-ups where I get my nose over the bar in a row, but I cannot do a single one where my chin goes over. It pisses me off.

Yes. I did smoke for 14 years and I have type one diabetes though, so I can assure you my heart isn't in amazing shape.

Yes, probably could do three sets of 50 without much difficulty.

Distance you can run without resting is probably a better indicator of overall cardiovascular health

When it comes to stuff like pull-ups, and I’m sure there are plenty of guys who might disagree with me, but I think quality per rep over quantity is the way to go. For me personally, I do full lockout on each rep. I’m sure there are reasons not to (like keeping the tension on certain muscles in the back and arms, though personally I think that just puts unnecessary strain on your elbows), but that’s just me.

I asked you a god-damned question on page 4.

Are you saying complete 65 total movements in less than 2 minutes?

If so, you are out of your fricking mind.

Lots of lying or young and in shape. I would guess 1 out of 50 males could do this at the age of 40.

banged out 50 upon reading this, and I've not worked out whatsoever, for 13 months. I'm 56.

ETA. That's a lie, I've had a few workouts (no upper body). I'm suffering from a very poor full hamstring tear surgery.

CONGRATULATIONS! You’re probably in the top 2% of men your age. That’s amazing considering you don’t exercise.
