I’m 56 and in decent shape. There was a push-up challenge on the H&F board a couple of years ago to do 10,000 in a month. I only got to 6-7,000 (average over 200 per day) and got to where I was knocking out 75-100 at a time. That challenge transformed me.

This month I started a 200 per day challenge. I’m knocking them out 50-75 at a time.

I "participated" in that too and wonder if it will ever resurrect for a redux. Only got to 4300. Vacation interrupted.

Men, you only need to do 40 regularly. Who wants to crack the chest? Not me.

26 is pretty low. But don’t believe 75% of the shut in here.

I see people do push ups. Almost never do I see true chest to the ground, core tight, full extension push ups

I see all these 1/4 movement reps.
