Bush split between 2 property lines. I'd like to have it removed.

I have a bush that is mostly on my neighbor's property and a small part of it is on mine. Can I remove the damn thing even though more than half of it is on their property? They refuse to trim it and it is overtaking the sidewalk and makes it hard for me to see when backing out of my driveway. At the very least, I'm going to trim it but I'd rather remove it.

Nothing I like more than a well manicured bush.

Whichever side the root is on... that's who gets to decide the fate of the plant.

But you can trim it back on your side.

Talk to your neighbors. Maybe they hate the bush, too. You never know.

Not if you light it on fire and tell your neighbor it was a message from God.

Always easier to cut it down and then ask questions later.

Spray your side with roundup, or bucket of saltwater if you don't want anything to grow there.
