I just heard recently that he was a big basketball star in high school, playing center. His name back then was “Post-up Malone”

Too little too late. Damage has been done.

Point is, it seems like they’re really trying to shed the Dylan Mulvaney thing.
That thing is a constant reminder of the perversions that were forced on Americans, and AB may never recover from being complicit in sick narrative.

So now they are virtue signaling to try to get some customers back.

Thank heavens. Everything in the world will be better with Budweiser not sponsoring a parade.....
Who knew that being a snowflake over a trans spokesperson would work?

Yea we still not drinking that piss. , you made your made with Dylan.
Refusal to drink "Tranny Piss" is not a boycott. It is a preference.

We used to sing a song in the 70s called "it's too late baby now it's too late".

I don’t know when or how, but I agree. The point has been unequivocally made, at some point it’d be good to move on as long as AB is acting right.
Did they ever announce the firing of the marketing woman who created that campaign? If not, then they haven't changed a damn bit.

damn, they’ll have to find another way to act overtly sexually provocative in front other purple haired weirdos and minors
I'm guessing this is the reason why sponsorship was pulled.
What was once probably a relatively mundane event for the gays to get equality slowly devolved into a display of sexual debauchery over the years to a point where AB felt uncomfortable being the sponsor.

Never was a Bud Light drinker but they burned any bridge possibly leading me to Bud Light forever.

This been going on for 30 years why people mad now?
Its never been about the gays. It was never really about Dylan Mulvaney.
Things went south when their dumbass VP of Marketing disparaged the entire consumer base by calling them outdated, fratty and in need of a update.
My thought was, if you feel that way about me, I don't need to give you my money.
Posted on 3/27/25 at 8:56 am to fr33manator
I have never liked Bud Light in the first place.

If I sell a mass market product, I want to sell it to anyone with money to buy it.
That said, I certainly wouldn't purposely alienate the majority of my customer base that was already buying my product.
The missteps of InBev marketing will be in college textbooks and make the New Coke debacle look like Drapet Daniels' best material.
Nobody GAS about them dropping sponsorship except gay people of St Louis who likely drank very little of their shitty beer anyway.

There is only one reason companies are moving away from this, the government is no longer giving them money to push it. Bud Light screwed the pooch in its response to the outrage by digging in.
My company did a very minor DEI training, but when the Govt stopped paying companies, it magically disappeared from the required training.
