BRPD Chief Murphy Paul about to scream "RACISM!"

So I have it on good authority that Murphy Paul is about to unveil the finding that some prior Police Chief from the 1940's is pictured wearing a lapel pin with roots to the KKK.
Now mind you, this picture was discovered wayyyy long ago by DC Myron Daniels, and they have been "keeping it in the back pocket" until they needed a distraction.
This is how you know, that he knows, he's in deep doo-doo. When all else fails.....RACISM!!!

A lot of white officers have been treated poorly under Paul's administration. A lot of black ones have committed crimes and gone unpunished.
But some dude from 80 years ago might have had a pin from the DAR, or an Eagle pin from the boy scouts?
