I believe Chipotle is one of those companies that has big DIE/wokeness financial incentives for their executives. Fortunately for this fella food service jobs are a dime a dozen and none of it matters.
Somewhat related: I used to work at a place that would threaten us with being written up. We could never get a clear answer on what the write-ups amounted to.
