Breakthrough Idea to Fix New Orleans: The Inner City Experience

So as I was strolling through what has become of New Orleans, I wondered if there was any salvaging it from all of the thuggery and violence. Then, I had a brilliant idea…who’s the coolest black guy in history and what if we could make everyone else like him?
Jimi Hendrix. So what if we gave every NOLA baby at birth a free electric guitar in the hope that we can change the culture from rap to rock/metal and produce good citizens going forward? If you give them guitars, maybe they will become musicians instead of turning to gangs and crime.

No father
Mama’s boyfriends bring violence, drug use and no consistent food, healthcare or life structure.
Grandma and great grandma love me as much as payday incentives they get for my existence.
I’ve never seen anyone in my circle ever be anything but laborer, rap artist, athlete and/or criminal.
But I got a cool guitar!
Flows. I get it. Genius. Should have been thought of many years ago.

If you give them electric guitars, you then are going to:
Give them free electricity for life
Expect them to keep away from water for a couple of decades or be guilty of their electrocutions.
Figure out how to make those with no talent sound less than awful.
Figure in the cost of hearing aids from excess loudness from their abuse of souond.
