Not surprising if you know the people that run the place. The food I had from there was good but I'm not sure if there is a place that has worse customer service in the city. It is absolutely pitiful. All I've heard from others that went there is the same.

Service is horrible at that restaurant. Every single time I've been there has been a mistake in the order, food not available that's on the menu, and food that took 1.5 hours to arrive at the table.
I eventually stopped going because I never had a single good experience there. Shut that shite down for all I care.

The food and service at that place is truly awful. And I’ve felt that way before I knew the race of the owners.
One time we were sat on the patio outside and a dude walked up with a guitar and set an amp on the table beside us. We asked to be re-seated inside before he started playing.
My sister in law once got an oyster spinach salad to go from there and it was literally a to-go box full of dry spinach with 6 fried oysters on top. $18
