This ain't a clear cut case like Alton Sterling that's for sure.
No, they're not. The male cop won't have anything happen to him and the female will likely face some civil bullshite, but that's all. You won't get a jury to convict her of anything.

Right, he even started to say, "you told me to put it on the ground" right after she shot him. He's obviously not innocent in this entire ordeal, but they told him to put it on the ground, he went to put it on the ground and she shot him. She was in the wrong there, too.

That dude had a full 60 seconds to comply. Do you think the situation just automatically diffuses? Of course not, it gets more tense the longer he does not listen to the directions.
I would hate it, but I would ha e shot him. Then maybe even run him over to get away.

They were screaming at him to put it on the ground. He pulled the gun away from his pocket, but did not allow him time to place it on the ground. I thought Danquirs was going to comply.

There is body camera footage out there that proves you incorrect.
You can follow their overly complicated orders and still get shot.

Is it me, or was the female cop just repeating what the officer said the entire time. IMHO seemed a little like a training partner.
