That's what he appeared to be doing in the video. He appeared calm but the officer didn't.

Prime example of why you comply when held at gunpoint by LE. The guy did not comply and was shot to death.
Interesting to see what kind of rap sheet Danquirs had. More than likely a convicted felon that had no business possessing a gun.

A couple of observations.
1. The female officer runs right in front of the other officers line of fire to confront the guy. That was stupid.
2. What in the ever living frick was the female BK employee doing? You have two officers with a guy at gunpoint and she just strolls up and gets in the way. What the frick?
