This is a very significant finding. Probable early heart failure and possibly a "widow-maker" depending on which vessel had the blockage. It would be possible he had an arrhythmia, leading to lose of consciousness. COVID is known to have inflammatory effects on the heart, but hard to say it was contributing that far out from the infection, but who knows. Doesn't sound like they saw heart inflammation, but unclear how hard they looked. But COVID induced inflammation with some probably mild pre-existing ischemia could definitely be enough to induce an arrhythmia I would imagine. Wonder if he had a recent vaccination/booster?

The delay in just saying in a simple post Mortem. “Significant head trauma” is fishy. Just say it. Nothing takes a month but toxicology reports.

He still could have slipped on a wet hotel bathroom floor. fricking marble is a terrible surface. Hotel floors are fricking solid. He wasn’t in a 4 story laquinta with a wood floor. He hit marble laid on cement. It happens.

Now. Are there 2 area of impact? If there are, that’s more difficult to explain.

When I played football in HS I took a pretty big hit in practice that knocked me out. My actual memory of the sequence of events is hazy but this is how my teammates who were there described it to me.

When I came to I sat on the side for a bit and then finished practice. This was a boarding school so afterwards a bunch of us went to go eat at the cafeteria. They say I got my food and sat w/them at the table, I stared at it for a minute silently, left the table for 20 minutes, and then came back w/a tray that had the exact same things I'd previously gotten.

When I saw there was a tray where I was going to sit I got pissed at them for not saving me a seat. That's when they realized I probably had a concussion (I did) and they then proceeded to force me to go to the nurses at the infirmary. I ended up being in the school infirmary for 2 days under observation b/c my concussion was that bad (it being my 3rd overall and 2nd in two weeks was probably why it hit me so hard). Remember, this was the 90s when a lot people blew them off like it was no big deal. My coach straight up said I was being dramatic when I told him I wasn't playing senior year b/c I was tired of getting concussions.

Long story short, I would not have gone to get checked out my own b/c I didn't realize I was in a bad way. It's very possible Saget hit his head really fricking hard but he didn't realize how bad it was b/c his brains got scrambled from the hit.

Vaccine got him.
