It's pretty embarrassing that most of the country is attributing this money to Trump. McConnell, Crapo, Rubio, and others introduced it and then congress and the senate fought over the details of the bill for a week straight. We get $1200 per person, $2400 per couple, and we forget literally every other thing wrong with this entire process (on both sides of the aisle). The country shuts down and it takes them an entire month after they've already expedited the process to finalize a bill and act on it.
I'm sorry, but frick everything about this. This only tells me how incompetent and unreliable the government is.
Watch out for your own, advocate against increases of power for federal government, and be prepared. Because when shite ACTUALLY hits the fan, they will be nowhere.
