Just off the top, the finger pointing during the deliberations. The "Democrats are keeping the country hostage" and "Republicans are trying to push through a bill with bad legislation" and then what we get is a shitty bill that doesn't hold large corporations accountable for what they're going to do with the money. Then after the bill is passed, Trump fires the IG that was in charge of any sort of oversight.

And no, I'm not blaming republicans, because democrats were trying to put in energy related provisions that weren't even relevant to COVID.

Both sides, it was fricking disgraceful. It was nothing but a bunch of chest puffing and attempting to use leverage to further their agenda. And I watched the floor during all of this, and there were some senators who were actually tired of the bullshite. But it never ends thanks to a group that just keep posturing until they get what they want.

And I'm sick of it. I'm sick of paying money to these people for them to waste millions of dollars revising bills that don't work the common person. I'm sick of paying for them to have bloated departments that can't even create a functioning website in times of crisis (looking at you, IRS). I'm just tired of it.
