A rebuttal there is that the “systemic racism” produced the dysfunctional culture.

But how do we explain the high rates of violence and poverty in majority-black nations where the system is controlled by blacks and populated by blacks?

The top 35 nations for per capita intentional homicide are all majority “color”, none are majority white. 21 of the 35 are majority black nations.

Here the explanation from apologists becomes “colonialism”. The dysfunction and high murder rate in majority black nations is all due to “colonialism”, whites to blame for every bad act by people of color and to blame for any and all dysfunction among people of color, wherever they are in the world.

That is pretty glaring. All preschoolers are unruly little shits. For the argument that black kids are misbehaving more to work, the kids would have to either be more likely to do something way over the line, or they are more likely to be repeat offenders that flat out dont listen. Still those numbers are kinda staggering


Another factor might be that the administrators at predominately black preschools, who are more likely to be black themselves, tend to have a quicker trigger.

Less “implicit biases” and more instability at home and uninvolved parenting in their children’s education and discipline.

If behavior is consistently a problem and not just a one and done zero tolerance type of over reaction (including inability to get parents involved before it gets to suspension) the white kids suspended will likely have similar situations with parenting issues as the black kids suspended. The white and black kids who never get in trouble more than likely don’t have those parenting issues. It’s just more likely non-black races in US are more involved with education including disciplinary issues and education activities in general and stuff like PTA at the schools. Parenting and culture are causes not racism.

Why do many black majority schools and districts created when whites have left go bad? You would think with all the “white supremacy” and “institutional racism” these schools & districts would become successful immediately due to white flight. When they start going downhill they will still blame racism and white flight for their problems.

Politics of the left - If blacks have issues in integrated but majority white areas blame inherent racism instead pushing personal responsibility. If blacks have issues in majority black areas blame racism of white flight for leaving blacks on their own instead of again pushing personal responsibility.

Not always. However, that discipline often comes in disproportional amounts. It's either 0 or 100. Discipline may mean to them threatening to beat their arse and starve them.

what is the rate of preschoolers from single parent homes, I'll wager the discipline rate for fatherless homes for both races are pretty dog gone equal

its because the black kids are just more vocal . white kids are silent except for the occasional hyper active hillbilly kid in the class so yes this is a systemic problem
