The biggest issue of many people don’t realize is you have to keep up expenses to match. A good simple audit will tell you if someone’s doing quite a bit of laundry, but simply matching up the gross profit margins cost of goods to the net profits. You should always look to using casinos along with the cash businesses. You just have to have a lot of them.

Car wash… you gotta leave the water running most of time to create a high water usage bill
Mattress Store… gotta find away to destroy most of the mattresses

Or if you have a connection or know someone who is; political donations which are paid back with no bid professional services contracts.
Has the added touch of embezzlement too.

Rental property is easy if you want to turn a lot of money good but have time. Buy a cheap property and dump cash to fix up.

Been using one of these puppies in the back yard since I was a kid
Just don't put them through the wringer and hang them on a line with a wooden clothespin to dry. US currency is pretty durable but gets dirty so easily. If you run it through a newfangled electric washer probably tear it to bits.

Open up a gym. Nobody really pays attention to how many people are in there, plus people buy gym memberships and rarely use them, so having a large number of members on paper isn't uncommon. 100 fake memberships at $100 a month will get you $10,000 of clean money.
