How old are you? If you're past college age just live by yourself if you can't find a friend that needs a roommate. You can get a one bedroom apartment in Lafayette for a decent price

Back in my day when i would need a new roomate I would just canvas the campus area holding a 6 pack and give out a beer to every decent enough seeming fella i could see myself living with. Usually would toss them a cold one and say “like what your seeing? A lot more where this comes from if you room with me!” Sometimes worked sometimes it didnt.

If you want to find the best roommate and have the least headaches, do the following:
Go to Walmart, buy a cheap, full-length mirror. Lean the mirror on your living-room wall. When you want to see/talk to your roommate, walk up to the mirror and have a short conversation. Best roommate in the world.
