re: Incredible drone footage from inside a tornado…
Posted by lsubatman1 on 4/16/26 at 7:11 am to RollTide1987
Sorry but i gotta call bull snot on this one! Intresting? Yes! Neat to watch? Yes! Is it real? Sadly, i choose to beleive, science induced mind here mind you, that it is indeed a fake, ai most likely! We were taught at school at a young age that if you even touched a tornado you were dead as grass! Yet some drone is going to go flying through one with no reprocussions? I think not!
re: Deep thoughts you have that blow your mind
Posted by lsubatman1 on 4/12/26 at 8:27 pm to Jor Jor The Dinosaur
Ok so reading it back i can see some confusion! I think what i was trying to say is i have driven my truck longer then the years thati didnt when i was younger. Example: it took 16 years for me to be 16 years old and start driven a truck. Now i am more then, quite a bit more to be exact, 16 years passed how long it took to become 16 years old and start driven my truck. Sorry for confusing!

Deep thoughts you have that blow your mind
Posted by lsubatman1 on 4/12/26 at 8:21 pm
So i got to thinking today, it feels weird thinking about certain aspeckts of my life, one, being that i think about, i have driven longer then i have been alive. I remember waiting so long to be able to drive my own truck, and, now i think about how i have been drivening the majority of my life, just crazy for me to think about and, at times, just makes me feel plane old. Also weird to think about how i have been able to read and write less years then i have been driven and less of my majority of my life, just crazy acomplishment, in my humbel opinion!
What are some of your deep thoughts as they pertane to your life?

re: Would basketball still look the same today if Steph never existed?

Steph is, objectivly, in my opinion, the single most important, if not inpactful, player of all time!

Thanks for the grammer lesson professor dork hole. Now how about answering the question i axed you! Is he AN legend? Famous, sure, but legends carry legendary status and the league will be glad when he and his nepotismic antics are gone imo!

Is lebron a nba legend?
Posted by lsubatman1 on 4/2/26 at 12:22 pm
Just bear with me for a moment! Lebron is captivating, interesting, and, in most cases, considered to be contraversal. Becoming the first player out of high school to be drafted #1 overall, then throwing cleveland a bone and building a super team to win them a championship, fast forward to building a super max team in miami, then commiting the ultimate sin, building a ultra supermax team in LA and having to wait until a covid year to win one there. Yes yes, his stats are a thing to behold, but when you are 6’8 250 lbs and play from the time you are 18 until what is he now? 40? You should be able to pad stats for years on end. I argue that while he has had a story book of a nba career, i dont consider him in the “Legend” status of that of Kobe, Jordan, Steph, and Bird. What say you?

Sure he can buy lots of fancy things with his preshious millions the mlb is giving him, but he can never buy back the college experience he missed out on. Im sure when skenes gets ahold of him he will make him wish he would have went to lsu first and then the mlb would still be there. Money isnt everything young pup!
re: 40 minutes of hell rarely exists in the game today
Posted by lsubatman1 on 4/1/26 at 3:24 pm to JamalMurry27
Ofenses push the tempo far to strongly for 40 minutes of heck to be efective in todays basketball culture. Live by the 3 die by the 3 is the new mantra in lockers rooms across the globe. Say goodbye to the old way of playing round ball, the new “shooters shoot”, way of playing round ball is here to proverbialy stay
re: Dan Hurley: I thought NCAA tournament ref was looking to 'chest bump'

Prety common knowladge to anyone watching Hurley had the refs in his pocket the whole game. Not suprising the ref couldnt help but want to celebrate his big payday!
re: ABS incorrectly changed 4 strike calls in Yankees game last night
Posted by lsubatman1 on 3/31/26 at 9:18 am to lsupride87
Why the heck are we still arguing balls and strikes? Its as simple as when we all played little league! The zone has never changed. The strike sone goes from the bottom of the letters to the top of the knees and from the side of the plate to the other side! My gosh people its not rocket sience!

A lot of poor widows and orphans in new york this bilionare could take care of if he didnt want to selfishly make a basketball team better. Makes me sick to think of sports these days in the nil world!

Imagine retiring from a sport that requires you to sit on your butt and drive a car. “Athletes” these days are SOFT!

God also rejects prayers of leaders of the church who let abuse hapen within there walls for decades! Hey mr pope! How about you get your own institution in order before teling our president how to run the country! Im sure there is lots you need to pray for within your own leaders!

Im sorry your family is going through such a hard situation. Anxiety can be cripling and ruin lives, relationships, and, in some cases, even carers. I will keep them in my thoughts. Posting pics of them will help me with that process. Thank you
re: NBA rule change idea - cap 3pt shots
Posted by lsubatman1 on 3/28/26 at 10:51 am to gobuxgo5
Not a horible idea. But, to add to your point, i beleive that if this were to go into frutition you would need to pizas it up a bit for entertanment. My proposal, after the 3 point cap has been hit, in order to gain 3 points from a basket you can gain that from alley oops! Best of both worlds! You still can gain a 3 points shot and the youth will be entertained by esrntially putting on a slam dunk contest mid game. Win win!
re: “Old coaches can’t survive in the new era of college basketball.”

Jon sheyer is the best young coach in college basketball! What a dumb post to say he didnt outcoach pitino! Breaking news! Great talent can also be coached by great coaches! Do you think coach K ONLY had great talent? NO! He was also the GOAT at coaching!
re: NBA draft
Posted by lsubatman1 on 3/27/26 at 6:10 am to makersmark1
It is, in my humbel opinion, one of, if not the, drafts in nba history! Lots of young, some not so young, talent pool in this draft. Dybansta, peterson, or even young Boozman can all rest asured to hear their name on draft night in round 1
