I enjoyed when you needed to visit a mall to get Chick-fil-A. It tasted so much better then. A real treat.

The best.
They still have one in Gulfport or Biloxi.

Who would downvote a $3 all you can eat Cajun fried chicken buffet?
I think they had soft serve or banana pudding as well but I was too full to ever try it.

Bennigans had the best unhealthy food. That turkey sandwich with honey mustard on the pretzel roll. The Monte Cristo. They had those awesome fried broccoli bites.

El Chicos. They had a queso dip that I’ve tried unsuccessfully to replicate for years. Probably not as good as I remember, but nostalgia is a helluva drug.

My first memories of pizza were at Shakey’s on Airline in 1969 for my 6 year old birthday celebration. That place was great. Had live entertainment and short movies. You could even watch them spin the pizza crust through the window to the kitchen. That is where I developed my life long love for pepperoni pizza. Ha!

I was a server and bartender at that Bennigan's '93-'94. Club Bennigan's was a favorite of the service industry folks in the area.
