My compression boots came in that I ordered. When I use them, then go sit on the tailgate and dangle my leg back and forth with 10 lbs of weight, my knee feels tremendously better afterwards.
I was told by someone who knows her well that this was possibly her last year. She is very egotistical so I can see her announcing then coaching one more year so she can have her retirement tour and be recognized everywhere.
I have a bed with Shi Shi Camelias and Double Knockout Roses. What can I spray to kill weeds and grass that will not hurt my flowers ?
I’m doing therapy 3 days a week. I am doing exercises at home.

My knee bend Monday was 105 degrees. I really cranked on slides the last couple days to get more bending.

My straightening was at 7-8 degrees Monday and I’ve been really working with heavier weights since then. Today is was 4 degrees.

I’m currently at therapy icing.
I had someone suggest compression boots. I tried some the other day and they seemed to help with swelling and I felt better afterwards.

Your thoughts on compression boots for recovery?
Is knee replacement tougher on taller people?
I am a 53 year old male with 3 previous knee surgeries that did not work. I tried the gel shots without any success. In the last year I lost 40 lbs to see if that would help and it didn’t. I had a full knee replacement on February 11 and regret the decision. My other knee needs replacing and I will not do it unless I am unable to walk I am still walking with a cane, my leg will not straighten all the way out ( which I understand is not unusual and takes time to correct) and the swelling is still fairly significant. I feel my progress is being inhibited by the swelling.

I haven’t talked to many that did not say it was the best decision they ever made. For me, it just was not worth. It doesn’t matter how good it feels after surgery and recovery, to me it is not worth it.

Tim Singleton from Carver but think he went to Notre Dame.
Did you submit the forms to anyone or just kept them yourself?
I will never watch college ball again if he gets the head job.
I did all that yesterday evening at the kiosk in the shop.
How long after you purchased it did you get the paperwork and instructions on how to complete the process.
I agree with this 10000000%

I think it is a huge difference if someone is here for money rather than if they grew up here.

I am building a deer skinning rack where I do not have electricity. I looking to use solar lights to be able to see to skin the deer. Any suggestions on good solar lights for this?
Purchased my first suppressor this evening. They advised me to purchase the single shot trust when I purchased the suppressor because they say it will be easier to add people now rather than later. I took them at their word and purchased it on the Silencer Co website. I received an email confirming I purchased the single shot trust but that’s it. I assume I will get something in the coming days with an explanation on how to complete the process?
It’s going to snow in North Mississippi today?

The media said this was a great team to start the SEC against. They said we would take 2 out of 3 cause Vanderbilt is bad.

Who would have thought a fat, lazy player needed to be benched?
