To me, the answer is clear: Bar owners should start allowing gambling in the establishments. Then, they should be all set!

ETA: For anyone unsure, L’Auberge most certainly was a boat when it was built. And apparently as of December 2019, only one casino (Isle of Capris in Lake Charles) had applied to move onto land. So sounds like L’Auberge is still a boat for the time being. This fricking state.

Bar owners have not realized that 97.8% of Rona rules have zero logic or thoughtfulness behind them. They are for the most part stupid and arbitrary.
