I find balloons on my hunting property on the routine. Just ends up being litter

Was a little confused when I saw address as 1599 Bonnabel Blvd., wondering when the type of folks who would prepare and send out an announcement for such a thing started living on Bonnabel.
Looked it up and it turns out it's actually the address for the Bonnabel Boat launch park...
Oh, and:
