Not that simple if you live in NOLA.

I am going to visit JP a heckuva lot more this time.

No, you ought to not wear a mask in NOLA.

I am aware of several, I'm more referring to grocery stores and things like that.

Rouses locations never enforced anything during the last mandate. I didn't wear a mask anywhere last go round, and the only place I got asked to put one on was by some greeter at the Walmart on tchop. I laughed since she wasn't even wearing a mask and just kept walking.

It is pretty simple. Don’t do business in Nola. I haven’t been to a Nola restaurant or indoor place in almost a year unless we received confirmation in advance that they were not requiring certain things. It really hasn’t inconvenienced me at all. My concern is that Lee-Sheng might try to pull some of the same things though the JP council should be able to scale her back.

Same here. Last time I ate in the city was before Mardi Gras 2020. I haven’t been to the city for any reason since. My 20 year reunion was cancelled and I cancelled my room specifically because of the mandate and restrictions.

Remember when people said mask mandates were going to go on forever and everyone laughed at them?

I'm kidding about the JP restaurant thing but I have several special occasions that I already have reservations for in OP so it is what it is.

Joking aside, I don't know.

If you want to go out to dinner in Orleans, or go to a grocery store, etc, not really.

The choice is to find places that don't care too much, or do everything in JP. That isn't always feasible.

The one on Carrollton mostly did, at least from what I could see.

I don't mind going out to Metry for groceries I like Trader Joe's. Dorignacs and Rouses and so on aren't too far.

Daiwa's aight for sushi

I do feel for the people & places just trying to keep the doors open in Nola, for that reason alone I'll probably keep frequenting them

Daiwa is good. The Yakuza place is on another level, though.
