Twitter is the same way. Plenty on the left want this to last forever

In some weird way, I think this makes them feel important and that they're not useless sacks of shite with no purpose

The media has made people unreasonably afraid of catching this virus--like to the point of never going back to their previous mindset of "oh it's just a cold, I'll be ok."

Places in NOLA will enforce it dude. You're kidding if you think otherwise

I agree most places we go it's been enforced. By and large people there are complying with the mandate already

I'm talking about places that were lax during previous mandates will continue to be so

What's crazy is that a lot of these people have had Covid and it was totally fine for them.

How do you go through it, see it is not a big deal for you at all, and still continue to live in fear of catching it again? It makes no sense to me.

Little Rascals cancelled their parade this morning.

Methinks they only had like 6 riders and it was financial not safety driven

COVID really got me sick of the masks.

It really pisses me off when people wear the masks in places that don’t require them…. fricking idiots . So sick of the whole thing. I’m vaxxed and am against all this shite! The government has done their job well.

Not that simple if you live in NOLA.

I am going to visit JP a heckuva lot more this time.

meet me for drinks at knuckleheads and I'll let you in on all of the places in NOLA I go to without a mask on. You might just have to stray a little further from UPT/CBD, but there are plenty that dgaf

It is pretty simple. Don’t do business in Nola. I haven’t been to a Nola restaurant or indoor place in almost a year unless we received confirmation in advance that they were not requiring certain things. It really hasn’t inconvenienced me at all. My concern is that Lee-Sheng might try to pull some of the same things though the JP council should be able to scale her back.

I am aware of several, I'm more referring to grocery stores and things like that.

"Next time could be my time." Again, the media has instilled irrational levels of fear about catching this virus. People have lost their minds.
