Which plankton?

I'm assuming phytoplankton right?

So while all the pols have been trying to control our climate, they let the oceans get so polluted the Plankton are becoming extinct.
This is my thing. The climate screamers have totally hijacker’s all environmental issues. Nobody talks about water pollution, overfishing, etc. I think all of us
Would be alarmed at the loss of plankton (if 90% is already gone then how did we not already notice?) but this’ll just be forgotten or wrapped up into some climate control tax.

Who knew the definition of science was “only a few years left?”

But is it really that hard to fathom (pun intended) that all the plastic we generate and throw away may have negative affects to the planet?
Not at all, and the health of our oceans should be a prime concern. But nope, only climate change matters.

Communism will fix this. It's never killed anyone.

There is a slight gap between "may have negative effects" and" the death of all the fish in the ocean and all humans on earth in 25 years".

Well, yeah. If you're going to run out of food, purposefully starving a few million people would definitely help.

How can they possibly know this?!? Absolutely absurd

Yawn. Every day there’s some new article predicting the end of the world.

Here’s an article from March: “Widespread Phytoplankton Blooms In The Atlantic Ocean”.

Blue Whales alone eat 16 tons of plankton a day.
Well there is the problem. Them sum bitches have eaten them all. Maybe they should switch to lentils, you know, for the good of the planet.

Looks like they found the 10% that's left.

Today’s Image of the Day from NASA Earth Observatory features widespread phytoplankton blooms in the Atlantic Ocean off of South America. According to NASA, the blooms stretched across hundreds of kilometers.

So, let me get this straight, 90% of a food source has already disappeared. Yet, we aren't already seeing catastrophic species die off of those animals that feed on plankton? It will take quite a few more years before that starts happening?

There's so much frickery going on with that "study" and article.
There's this bit which implies there are basically no game fish left in the Caribbean:
And it isn't just 90% of plankton that is already dead and gone. 90% of the coral in the Atlantic is also dead and gone, 100% in many places.
But it isn't just Marine animals:

“We need to turn to regenerative agriculture. We have already wiped out 80% of all insects and 100% will be gone in 20 years, then agriculture collapses because there is no pollination.”

So all the whales are gonna die?
Posted on 7/17/22 at 10:32 pm to Bench McElroy
Call China and India then and tell them to stop dumping shite in the oceans
If you really believe your bs, you should first understand it’s not the USA

I just want to point out that a single YouTube search proves this motherfricker is a liar. I just found a damn good Jamaican food channel that goes to all kinds of restaurants that have a hell of alot more on the menu than fricking farm raised salmon.
shite like this is why people distrust every single thing about conservation efforts.

One might have expected this to be widely known at this late date
