Ask the current Secretary of Defense. He has never been married.

Just own it Walt. Grow yourself a pornstache, get some rayon shirts that show some chest, some ball-squeezing jeans and make it work for you.

Heard this from a friend.

And just out of curiosity, how many times has your imbecile friend been divorced?

"Realize that sleeping on a futon when you’re 30 is not the worst thing. You know what’s worse, sleeping in a king bed next to a wife you’re not really in love with but for some reason you married, and you got a couple kids, and a job you hate. You’ll be laying there fantasizing about sleeping on a futon. There’s no risk when you go after a dream. There’s a tremendous amount of risk to playing it safe."

I've know people who were 35ish and never married, but even they are starting to get picked off by marriage. The guys who seemed like they'd never get married.

I do know at least one guy who is a good guy, very social (at least compared to me), has been in relationships so not awkward around girls.....he just has this personality that I don't see him getting married soon. He just seems very anti commitment. I don't know him extremely well, but known him for years and think his parents divorced and possibly he just never really thought marriage was a good idea and always looked out for himself over a commitment. I don't know. He's a big outdoors guy and I could see him consistently choosing that over a girl, so maybe the commitment thing is a side affect more than a choice

I know people in very long term relationships even some with kids who will never get married, but that's different. They are basically married, just not officially.

I think it’s weird that people think it’s more normal to be divorced twice by the time you’re 40 than to have never been married

I agree with this. If someone is not married, it is either because they are ugly, fear commitment, have extremely high standards, or are just generally happy playing the game and I do not mind either way.

What I find "creepy" is the people that constantly say things like "when will you find a girl" "when will you get married" "when are you having kids" those people suck.
